The PIT PERDOSRI XXV Conference Travel Grant (CTG) is designed to provide financial support to individuals participating in PIT PERDOSRI XXV Batam 2026. The grant covers two (2) nights of accommodation and Free Symposium for three selected participants.

This opportunity aims to encourage outstanding research contributions and support the next generation of rehabilitation professionals by easing travel costs and promoting academic exchange at the conference.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Be a Medical Student, General Practitioner, Resident or Doctoral Candidate.
• Have submitted at least one (1) abstract for either oral or poster presentation at the conference.

Only applicants whose abstracts are accepted for oral or poster presentation will be considered for the grant.

Selection will be based on:

• Scientific merit of the abstract,
• Curriculum vitae (CV),
• Letters of recommendation,
• or a combination of these factors.

• A letter of support from a supervisor, mentor, or academic advisor.
• A curriculum vitae (CV).
• A copy of a valid passport or identification document.

• Submission of a CTG application does not guarantee the award of the grant or acceptance of the abstract.
• The grant is non-transferable. If the recipient is unable to attend after accepting the award, they must notify the Secretariat a month before the conference date.
• In such cases, the grant will be offered to the next eligible candidate.
• The grant does not cover Pre-Conference or Post-Conference Workshops.
• The Organizing Committee reserves the right to withdraw the grant without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• Decisions made by the Review Committee are final. No correspondence regarding the decision will be entertained.
• Please note that the complimentary two-night accommodation and free symposium registration cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Grant recipients must:
  • Attend all required conference sessions,
  • Deliver their oral or poster presentation as scheduled,
  • Share positive content and experiences related to PIT PERDOSRI XXV Batam 2026 on their social media platforms.
