Abstract Submission
On behalf of The PIT PERDOSRI BATAM 2026 Organizing Committee , we cordially invite researchers, clinicians, and professionals to submit abstracts for presentation at the scientific meeting.
All abstracts must be submitted online via the "Abstract Submission" portal on the official website: www.pitperdosribatam.com. Submissions will be reviewed by the Research and Innovation Committee. Accepted abstracts will be selected for either:
- - Oral Presentation
- - Poster Presentation
Accepted abstracts will be published in the official Proceedings Book. Corresponding authors may submit up to two abstracts.
Please read the following submission guidelines carefully before submitting your abstract.
Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts Format :
- Abstracts title maximum 30 words.
- Abstracts body maximum 300 words.
- Abstracts must present original material that has not been previously published or presented.
- Authors are encouraged to submit Original Research, Systematic Reviews/Meta-analyses, or Case Reports addressing the following themes:

- All abstracts must be submitted online via the PIT PERDOSRI BATAM 2026 website. Submissions by email, fax, or post will not be accepted.
Abstract Submission Process
- Sign-up / Log in: Create an account or log in to the submission system to begin your abstract submission.
- Submit Your Abstract: Enter author information and upload your abstract through the submission system.

Editorial Review & Decision: Your abstract will be reviewed by the scientific/editorial committee. Authors will receive one of the following notifications via email:
- Accepted
- Revision Required (if improvements are needed)
- Acceptance Notification: Authors whose abstracts are accepted will receive an official acceptance notification via email.

Presentation Preparation:
- Poster Presentation: Authors who are accepted for poster presentation must prepare a scientific poster according to the conference guidelines.
- Oral Presentation: Authors selected for oral presentation must prepare a PowerPoint presentation for their session.
- Abstracts must be written in clear English.
- The submission deadline is Tuesday, June 30, 2026.
- Abstracts submitted from April, 2026 can be modified until the submission deadline date.
- Late-breaking abstracts submitted after the final deadline will not be accepted.
- Authors are responsible for ensuring their abstracts are free of grammatical or typographical errors. The abstract will be reproduced exactly as submitted.
- Graphics, tables, and references are not permitted in the abstract.
- Authors may indicate their preferred presentation type (oral or poster); however, the Research and Innovation Committee reserves the right to make the final decision.
- A confirmation email will be sent automatically upon successful submission. Please ensure that your contact information is accurate and check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive it. The submission status will also be displayed on your account homepage.
- The right to publish the abstract is granted to the PIT PERDOSRI BATAM 2026 Organizing Committee.
- All presenting authors must complete their registration (symposium only or symposium with workshop) and make the required payment by Thursday, July 30, 2026. Failure to register by this date will result in the automatic decline of the abstract from the final program.

Abstract Structure
An accepted Original Research, Case Report, or Meta-Analysis/Systematic Review (Review Article) abstract must be objective and concise, and include the following components:
- Background/Objective: Statement of the hypothesis or research question.
- Methods: A description of the study design and methods used. For case reports, briefly describe the patient case and clinical management.
- Results: A concise summary of the major findings of the study. Sufficient data must be provided to permit evaluation by reviewers and readers. Statements such as “the data will be discussed” are not acceptable.
- Conclusions: A summary of the overall findings and the importance of the study.
Additional required information:
- Author's contact details: Email address of the corresponding (submitting) author
- Names of all authors: First and family names (e.g., John Line)
- Affiliation of all authors: Department, Institution/Hospital, City, and Country (with superscript numbers as needed)
- The abstract must be uploaded in WORD format at the time of online submission to ensure accurate formatting and readability.
- The abstract template can be downloaded from the website.
Notification of Acceptance
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Research and Innovation Committee according to standard review procedures.
- Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, via email and through the participant’s homepage on the conference website.
Abstract Decline and Withdrawal
- Abstracts whose presenting authors do not complete symposium registration by Thursday, July 30, 2026 will be automatically declined from the final program.
- If authors wish to withdraw their abstract, they must notify the PIT PERDOSRI BATAM 2026 Secretariat in writing via email at [email protected] no later than Friday, August 7, 2026.
- Withdrawal requests submitted after August 7, 2026 will not be accepted, as the scientific program and proceedings will have been finalized.
