Terms & Conditions
- Standard booth (R8): All sponsorship packages include a standard 3x2m booth with basic amenities.
- Custom booth: Custom designs and layouts are permitted. Modifications must be submitted for approval.
- Additional electricity: Extra electricity beyond standard allocation will incur additional charges. Please notify in advance.
- Payment terms: Payment via bank transfer. A 30% deposit is required to secure your booth.
- Registration deadline: Sponsor registrations must be completed 60 days before the event.
- Cancellation policy: 30+ days before event: 50% refund. Within 30 days: no refund.
